2. How We Use Your Information

Your devotional information is treated with the highest sanctity and used strictly for:

  • Scheduling and chanting your personalized Gotra Sankalp during live sanctum rituals.
  • Coordinating with verified Pandits and sanctum priests at chosen holy temples.
  • Generating official tamper-proof digital certificates of authenticity in your Devotee Dashboard.
  • Hygienic packaging and courier dispatch of consecrated temple prasad to your doorstep.
  • Sending essential notifications regarding live stream darshan, order updates, and support via WhatsApp, SMS, and Email.

3. Payment Security & Data Protection

All payments are processed securely through RBI-compliant, PCI-DSS certified payment gateway partners (including Razorpay and UPI networks) with end-to-end 256-bit SSL encryption.

2. Customer Responsibilities

To ensure authentic ritual execution, devotees agree to:

  • Provide accurate devotee details including Full Name, Gotra, Nakshatra, and personal Sankalp wishes.
  • Provide correct Date of Birth (DOB) and birthplace information where required for astrological rituals.
  • Ensure contact details (mobile phone, email, and WhatsApp) and complete postal delivery addresses are accurate for communications and physical prasad dispatch.
  • Recognize that bookings are non-transferable once the sacred sankalp ceremony has commenced.

3. Ritual Execution & Verifications

  • All rituals are conducted in strict adherence to classical Shastric Vedic scriptures.
  • High-definition video recordings of your personalized Sankalp recitation and sanctum ceremonies are made available in your Devotee Dashboard within 24–72 hours.
  • Official digital certificates of authenticity signed with verifiable hashes are permanently recorded in your spiritual ledger.

4. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal disputes or claims arising out of or related to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, West Bengal.

2. Not Professional Advice

Spiritual consultations and astrological insights provided on AstroZiva do not substitute for professional medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice. AstroZiva maintains transparent and fair refund standards for all devotees. Because Vedic pujas involve sacred samagri procurement, pandit reservation, and sanctum schedule alignment, specific terms apply.

1. Eligible Refunds

Full refunds are promptly granted under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment: Accidental double payment for the same booking ID.
  • Payment Failure: Funds deducted from your bank account or UPI but order failed to generate on the platform.
  • Temple Closure / Unavailability: Ritual could not be conducted due to temple sanctum closures or unforeseen operational reasons.
  • Cancellation by AstroZiva: Any booking cancelled directly by AstroZiva.

2. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds cannot be issued once ritual execution has progressed:

  • The sacred puja has already been consecrated and completed at the sanctum.
  • Personalized Gotra Sankalp has already been invoked by the assigned Pandit.
  • Consecrated prasad package has already been dispatched with courier tracking.
  • Incorrect personal, Gotra, or address details were provided by the devotee.
  • Devotee misses optional live ritual or stream darshan broadcast.

3. Refund Settlement Timeline

Approved refunds are reviewed and initiated within 24 to 48 hours. Funds will be credited directly back to your original payment source (bank account, UPI, credit/debit card) within 5 to 7 business days depending on your banking institution.

Cancellation requests are accepted only before the sacred puja is scheduled and consecrated samagri is procured with the assigned Pandit.

1. Cancellation Guidelines

  • Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of booking are permitted if ritual scheduling has not yet commenced.
  • Once Pandit allocation and sanctum samagri preparation begin, cancellations are not permitted.
  • Same-day auspicious puja bookings are strictly non-cancellable.
